Scrapjacked- March

For this month's Aussie Scrapjacked I once again selected Vicki's LO to scrap lift. I was inspired by the die cut paper she used, the title on its side and the spray of flowers!

Kraft it Up- March

In honour of our 16th Wedding anniversary I decided to scrap a photo of Steve and I on our wedding day for the March Kraft it Up challenge. You had to use the quote 'there is no greater gift than today", and I thought that was a perfect quote for the photo! I used some Fancy Pants Vintage Valentine papers that are printed on Kraft!

Scrap the Girls- March 2011

This month's Scrap the Girls challenge required you to use one of the "She" quotes by Kobi Yamada as the title & inspiration for the LO. I selected "She colored her thoughts with only the brightest hues" which is so very true for Meg- and used lots of bright colours and fussy cutting (as always!)

I can now officially announce my exciting news that I have been bursting to tell!

I am delighted to have been selected for the Black with Two Creative Team!

Black with Two challenges will be posted on the 1st and 15th of the month!

Happily Exhausted!

Wow- what a huge day! Just home from teaching at Scraphaven. Taught 2 LOs this morning and repeated the class again tonight. I had the most people I have ever had book in for one of my classes- and it was lovely to meet some new ladies tonight as well as my highly valued regulars!

These are the 2 classes we did! The "Girl's best friend" was the original class I planned, and then the "Big things grow" class was added at the request of lots of people who wanted to do a "boy" layout!

Yay for me!

ARTastic challenge- March 2011

This month's ARTastic challenge was inspired by the painting "The Circus Horse" by Marc Chagall. For bonus points you had to use bright colours, and animal, at least 3 circles and a horse.

Scrap the Boys- March 2011

Great to see the "Scrap the Boys" blog back up and running this month!

The March challenge was to "Freeze a moment in time"- I decided to scrap this photo of my 2 boys, from our holiday at the beach in January!

This morning I scrapped at Scraphaven and created this Layout using the March Crafty Sketches sketch.

Loved using all the gorgeous Echo Park "Life is good" papers!
