I flipped the sketch over, and had heaps of fun using the new Kaisercraft "Party animals" range which is just perfect for soothing my "fussy cutting" addiction!
Yesterday morning, and last night I had the pleasure of teaching lots of lovely ladies how to create these two layouts at Scraphaven. Both LO's are made using the new Kaisercraft "Chanteuse" range.
I am now working on a series of 5 classes that will run fortnightly from June 3rd, using the Echo Park "Little Boy" or "Little Girl" ranges. Participants will purchase the complete kit, and over the 5 lessons will complete as many LO's as we can using the kit (at least 8 LO's!). If you would like to take part in the classes you will need to book now so Di can order the kits! Let me know if you want to book a place!
I am super excited to have been selected to join the Crafty Sketches Design Team! I love working with sketches (although the finished product rarely looks anything like the sketch!) and I have playing at Crafty Sketches for the past few months and loving the inspiration!
Here is my layout for the May sketch, using Kaisercraft and MME papers, and a photo my niece Eleanor!
This is the sketch it is based on, designed by CraftyNess! I tried hard to stick to the basics of the sketch this month, although I replaced the heart with a scalloped circle and used a rectangle rather than oval photo.
I would love to see some of my followers and friends have a go at the sketch! You have till the end of the month to upload your entry, for your chance to win a prize from one of our fabulous sponsors!
